Hi, I'm Cornelia, Founder of ResumesByYJ.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

I'm a compassionate Healthcare Operations Manager, career advocate, and the founder of ResumesByYJ. Throughout my career, I've been driven by one purpose: helping people reach their full potential. Whether supporting patients, leading healthcare teams, or guiding job seekers toward new opportunities, my passion has always been centered on serving others.

With years of experience in healthcare operations, leadership, and administrative management, I've developed a strong understanding of what employers value and what it takes to stand out in today's competitive job market. My background has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, build meaningful relationships, and help individuals present themselves with confidence.

That passion inspired me to create ResumesByYJ—a business dedicated to helping job seekers transform not only their résumés but also the way they see themselves. I believe a résumé is more than a document; it's your personal story, your professional brand, and often the first opportunity to make a lasting impression.
